the room was beautifully designed and quiet with all amenities. the location was good and unbeatable, close enough to restaurants/cafes, the bus terminal in Pereira, and the center of town and the hot springs, in a safe area.

The food was excellent with plenty of options. Location: the hotel was really close to a quiet area of Santa Rosa, right outside town, near both hit springs, the bus terminal and the bus stops for both hotsprings...

The location was unbeatable - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were genuinely helpful.

The hotel's location by the bus terminal, town center, hot springs, and restaurants/cafes was perfect for my needs. the area was quiet and particularly good. the room was amazing and spacious, and the bathrooms were particularly good.
